Having worked on four continents Davenport draws upon a global network of relationships in finance, design, construction, and related disciplines. Since 1996 Davenport has developed more than three million square feet.

Davenport Worldwide creates branded, boutique real estate projects in the areas of hotels, restaurants, residences, resorts, and retail. The firm utilizes very specific market-segment ideals in the conceptualization, positioning, and execution of its projects. Davenport performs every aspect of the development process including site acquisition, programming, research, project proposal preparation, feasibility and market study, entitlement, financing, branding and marketing, contractor bidding and negotiation, construction and project management, and opening. In client projects, Davenport can accomplish any or all of the required development processes, as contracted.
Based upon project scope, Davenport brings together the multitude of disciplines and processes required for project execution. Utilizing sound organizational skills and experience, the company coordinates and manages all project activities by interpreting overall goals and by determining the priorities in each. Throughout the project Davenport Worldwide continuously monitors progress by reviewing contract documents, by evaluating design, scheduling, budget, marketing, construction costs, requests for payment, and all expenditures. The firm implements measures as appropriate to ensure each project in completed on-time, and within budget.
Asset and Investment
Davenport increases the value of its properties through operational asset management. In continually evaluating market position and observing management-initiated programs, Davenport maintains proper positioning by implementing strategic marketing programs as well as ongoing capital improvement projects, which result in maximized property value. Through its investment management services, Davenport, itself or through its affiliated private equity platform, routinely evaluates acquisition and development opportunities. In addition to commercial real estate, Davenport's fund objectives include capital deployment in unique dining, food, and private club concepts.
